Ingredients

    1 lean pork chop (no bone) sliced
    1/2 red pepper, sliced
    Sliced onion (to taste)
    3/4 cup salsa
    3 flour tortillas

Directions

Place sliced pork in skillet and cook. Then add red peppers, onions and stir at medium heat until cooked. Add salsa and let simmer for 5 min. Heat up tortillas. Makes three very healthy servings.

    I added some spices cumin, pepper, paprika and some crushed red pepper. Was an easy recipes - 5/16/17
