    1 Tbspn butter
    1 Tbspn flour
    Half cup milk
    40gm cheese

Directions

Melt butter over low heat, add flour and stir until frothy (about 10 seconds), add milk and stir until thick. Add cheese and stir in then remove from heat.

Serving Size: Makes half a cup (2 serves)
