    Pumpkin, cooked 2 cups mashed
    12 Ounce canned nonfat evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1/2 tsp cloves
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 TBS molasses
    Stevia to taste

    (I cook with homemade wholewheat tortilla

Directions

Preheat Oven to 425 degrees
mix ingredients
bake 15 minutes
reduce oven to 350 and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes
