Introduction

This is a different take on Hummus. Can be a dip, or side. The recipe calls for Ritz Crackers but you can substitute Pita bread. Neither the crackers of pita bread is figured into the recipe. I used plain, home made hummus but you can use whatever flavor you like. This is a different take on Hummus. Can be a dip, or side. Ingredients

    200 grams or 2 cups Hummus,
    1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1 medium RED onion, chopped
    1 large tomato chopped, seeded
    1 small red bell pepper, chopped
    50 grams Feta Cheese, crumbled

    Ritz crackers or pita bread

Directions

Spread hummus onto dish or platter with sides.
Layer cucumber, then onion, red bell pepper, tomato then feta on top.

Serve with Ritz crackers or pita bread

Serving Size: There is no set serving size, use common sense
