Introduction

Simple and easy to make. Ready in an hour with a rice cooker. Simple and easy to make. Ready in an hour with a rice cooker.

Ingredients

    1 cup Brown Rice
    1 cup Wild Rice
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Butter (melted)
    4 cups Chicken Stock (low sodium, fat free)
    2 Tbsp Minced Onion (dried)
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 Tbsp Parsley

Tips

Can be made dairy free using just olive oil


Directions

Add first three ingredients to rice cooker and mix until rice is evenly coated. Add remaining ingredients and stir together before turning on rice cooker.

Rice is ready when rice cooker turns off (apx. 1 hour)

Serving Size: Makes 16 Half Cup servings.
