Ingredients

    Kale: 1/2 cup, chopped
    Spinach, fresh: 1/2 cup
    Banana, fresh: 1/2
    Apple, Gala: 1/2 serving
    Frozen Mixed Berries: 1/2 cup
    Almond Milk, unsweetened: 1/2 cup
    Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt: 3/4 cup
    Ginger Root: 1 small peice (to add zing)
    Parsley: 2-3 TBS

Tips

Directions

Put half the yogurt in the blender
Add berries and greens
pour in half the milk
Blend for few seconds.
Add the remaining milk and yogurt
Blend for a few seconds
Stir in any un-blended items
Blend until smoothie-smooth!
