Introduction

Gluten free, no grains/wheat/flour and still unbelievably delicious Gluten free, no grains/wheat/flour and still unbelievably delicious
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 C Almond butter (or nut butter of your choice)
    1 C Organic coconut palm sugar
    1 egg
    1 T baking soda
    1 t almond extract

Tips

You could add a protein powder of your choice to the recipe but you would have to add a little bit of liquid and mix all ingredients together.


Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together until blended and roll 1-inch balls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
With a fork make criss-cross markings on cookies to somewhat flatten them.
Bake 8-10 minutes
