Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 cup (or handful) of spinach (can use kale instead)
    1 banana

Tips

You can add chia seeds, flax, or even yogurt.
Other fruits are good added to this as well!


Directions

Put milk, spinach, and banana into a blender in that order, with banana on top. Blend. That's it!
