My own version of Chicken Soup. My own version of Chicken Soup.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts, diced
    2 cups carrots, diced
    2 cups of celery, sliced
    1 cup onion, sliced
    2 bay leaves
    1 TBSP Old Bay Seasoning
    6 cups of Swanson's 99% fat-free chicken broth (no msg)


Directions

Place chicken, carrots, celery, and onions in slow cooker, add bay leaves and seasoning ... mix well, then add the chicken broth and set slow cooker on high for 4-5 hours, or until chicken is cooked thoroughly and veggies are softened.

Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings
