Introduction

This is a simple way to make ham & pineapple pizza for one at home! This is a simple way to make ham & pineapple pizza for one at home!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 La Banderita Xtreme Fiber Tortilla - 8"
    3 slices Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ultra Thin Smoked Ham lunchmeat
    1oz stick light string cheese
    1/4 cup 2% shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 TBSP jared pizza sauce
    6 pineapple chunks (if using canned, use the kind in 100% juice and drain well)


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spread sauce on tortilla, dice string cheese and sprinkle ontop of sauce, lay the 3 slices of ham ontop of the cheese then sprinkle the 2% cheddar ontop of ham. Scatter pineapple ontop of cheese. Place on cookie sheet lined in tinfoil and bake for about 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and the edges of the tortilla are golden brown.

Makes 1 serving.

    Very Good
    I've been making 'pizza' like this for a while now. Definitely helps when I have a craving! I generally use the tomato sauce with basil and garlic that they sell in the little can instead of the pizza sauce-- I think it has less sodium. Yum! - 9/14/10
