Ingredients

    Orange Ruffy 1 lb
    Shrimp, raw, 1/2 lb deveined, peeled
    Oysters, 8 medium or clams drained (save juice)
    Tomato Paste, 2 Tbs
    V8 Vegetable Juice 1 cup
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Parsley
    Italian herbs
    Cayenne Pepper
    1/2 white onion chopped
    1 potato cooked and chopped if desired
    shrimp stock 1 cup (boil shrimp shells with a bit of salt and peppers for 1 minute, simmer while cooking veggies)
    1 bay leaf



Directions

Cook onion and celery until onion is soft, add garlic, cook a little more. Add liquids, tomato juice and tomato paste. Bring to a boil, add celery, Italian spices, cayenne pepper, and bay leaf. Add fish and shrimp. Boil for 3 minutes. Add oysters or clams, simmer for 1 minute. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked potato, if desired. Add a small squeeze of lemon.
