Ingredients

    4 eggs
    4 tbsp cream cheese
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp sweetener

Tips

Coconut oil seems to work better than butter due to its high flash point and adds healthy fat.
I made low carb whipped cream to go with instead of syrup as these are closer to a crepe.


Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet.
Poor a little into frypan with a little oil or butter. Cook over medium heat. Flip when you see sides brown.
