Ingredients

    1 cup of fresh carrot chopped
    1/2 a cup of fresh spinach
    1/2 if an apple chopped (whatever flavor or kind you prefer)
    1/2 cup of frozen Unsweetened dark cherries
    1/4 cup of frozen Unsweetened strawberries
    1/4 cup of raw whole almonds
    1/4 cup of raw walnuts
    1/4 to 1 cup of Deer park spring water (whatever type of spring water you choose or tap is fine if you prefer)

Tips

If using a regular blender, caution it might not be quite so smooth (hence the title Smoothie) (smile)
