Ingredients

4 tablespoons dried parsley
3 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
3 teaspoons dried chives
4 tablespoons chili powder
3 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons oregano flakes
3 teaspoons ground paprika
3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
3 teaspoons Himalayan salt (if desired)
4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (16 oz) can of no salt added black beans
1 (16 oz) can of no salt added whole kernel corn
1 (28 oz) can of wild oats organic crushed tomatoes
Tips
*You can top with blue corn chips and a little cheese. The caloric information for those additions is not added to this recipe.
Directions
Dice chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
While chicken is cooking, add dry ingredients, beans, corn, & crushed tomatoes to crockpot.
Add chicken to crockpot after fully cooked.
Add 20 oz of water & cook on low for 8 hours.
