Introduction

Ingredients

    * Starkist chunk light Tuna in water (2 oz)
    * Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 1 tbsp
    * Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Fajita Size Tortilla
    * One slice of tomato, cut in half
    * Spinach, fresh, 1/2 cup
    * Red Wine Vinegar, to taste
    (optional: salt and pepper for the tuna)

Directions

Mix the tuna and mayonnaise together in a small bowl. Spread the tuna mixture onto the tortilla. Sprinkle lightly with vinegar. Place the tomato slice halves on the tuna, then top with torn spinach leaves. Wrap and eat!

Note: I think the sodium is higher than what it ought to be due to the vinegar--you hardly use any, but the nutrition calculator wouldn't let me input it that low.
