Introduction

Ingredients

    1 medium Red Ripe Tomato
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    fresh herbs as desired

    Cheese if desired

Directions

Wash and slice tomato in half, place in broiler proof pan sprayed with cooking spray or drizzled with olive oil.
Drizzle small amount of olive oil over cut sides of tomato, then season with fresh herbs, spices or cheese.

Place under broiler until desired doneness.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving, 2 halves of tomato
