Ingredients

    1 cup fresh spinach
    1 cup fresh romaine lettuce
    1/4 of a white onion, diced
    1 whole fresh tomato, diced
    2 garlic cloves, diced
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp Golden Toasted flax seed
    1 tsp Gulden's brown and spicy mustard

Tips

if taking for lunch, put lettuce, spinach and flax seed in one container and the rest of the ingredients in another container so that the balsamic and mustard can soak into the veggies then mix everything together just as you are going to eat it.
