Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 cup 1% milk
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 egg
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup white flour
    1/3 cup splenda for baking
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms of muffin pan cups. Beat the milk, applesauce, and egg together. Next stir flours, sugar, baking powder. Mix well together. Fold in blueberries, and divide among the greased muffin cups. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool and serve!
