Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 medium spaghetti squash
1 cup (give or take) of chopped onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 Jalepeno pepper
5 seconds of Pam cooking spray (for a well greased pan)
3 tbsp hot sauce - Options are available, but this recipe uses Sambal Oelek (IE. Tabasco, Sriracha, or Franks)

Directions

Cut open and clean squash and place face down in a glass 8x8 pan with about 1/2 inch of water.
Microwave on high for 12 minutes, or 6 minutes each if they don't both fit in the pan.
While that is cooking, use pam and brown turkey and mince jalepeno and onions. Once turkey is mostly brown add veggies and saute until soft. Add the hot sauce and season to preference.
