Ingredients

    1lb ground chicken
    1 avocado, chopped
    Handful of chopped cilantro
    1 T lemon juice
    fresh black pepper
    4 slices or 4 oz of shredded pepper jack cheese

Tips

serve with fresh sliced tomatoes or salsa. No bun included in calorie count


Directions

Heat grill pan on stove. Lightly mix together all ingredients, except cheese, being careful not to smoosh the avocado. Form into 4 patties. Cook until both sides are golden brown and center is firm. Top with cheese.
