Introduction

Cut bell pepper in half lengthwise. Boil quinoa, brown chicken. Add cooked quinoa to browned chicken, add fresh rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper, 1 package of dry Lipton golden onion soup mix. Stuff in halved bell pepper and cook on 375 for 20 minutes.
