Ingredients

    Chicken breast, 1.5 #
    Garlic, 3 cloves finely chopped
    Red wine, 2 tbsp
    Soy sauce, 2 tbsp
    sugar, 1/4 tsp.
    white flour, 3 tbsp.
    2 eggs
    chinese 5 spice, 1/2 tsp.
    peanut oil, 6 tbsp.

Directions

Marinate chicken (cut into 2x1x1/2), with garlic, red wine, & soy sauce for 2 hours. Add beaten eggs, flour & chinese 5 spice (1/2 tsp). Fry in hot peanut oil until chicken is done.
