Introduction
The recipe it great on oatmeal, yogurt, or even on the side with some cereal for a nice breakfast. It also works well over Vanilla Ice Cream. Ingredients

1 Cup Orange Juice (I used OJ w/ Calcium and D)
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Packet Sweet and Low
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 Tsp Ginger, Ground
24 Prunes
1/4 Cup Walnuts, Chopped
Directions
Put Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Sweet and Low, Cinnamon and Ginger into a pot, mix and heat until just starting to boiling.
Add in Prunes and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for about 10 minutes until they plump up and soften, stirring occasionally.
Add the Walnuts and cook for another minute or two, stirring occasionally.
Remove Prunes and Walnuts into a bowl or Individual serving cups.
Turn heat back up on the sauce and reduce until about half it's original volume.
Pour sauce over the Prunes and Walnuts.
It can be served Hot, or allowed to cool in the fridge.
