Ingredients


    Coconut Oil Organic - Spectrum Naturals, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Honey, 12 tbsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
    Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 8 cup (remove)*Sesame Wheat germ, crude, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Seeds, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Almonds - sliced, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Raisins, .5 cup, packed (remove)
    Pecans, .25 cup, halves (remove)

Directions

In large bowl, mix oats and wheat germ. Set aside.
In saucepan, boil honey and oil until bubbly. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
Pour honey/oil over oat mixture. Stir thoroughly.
Spray 2 jelly roll or cookie sheets with non-stick spray.
Divide granola between sheets, spread out evenly.
Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes, stirring or rotating trays after 15 minutes.
Let cool
Add other goodies to your liking.
Store in air tight container
