Ingredients

    5 scoops pure Protein Rich Chocolate Whey Protein
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 t Baking Powder
    1/2 cup Land O Lakes Light Butter, melted
    1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    2 Large Eggs
    1 t vanilla Extract
    1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Mimi Chocolate Chips

Tips

Make cinnamon bars by using Pure Protein Vanilla Whey Powder and cinnamon chips instead of Pure Protein whey Powder and chocolate chips


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Spray 9"x9" baking pan with buttery spray oil.
Mix butter, applesauce, eggs, vanilla extract in a bowl. Combine whey protein, splenda and baking powder in another bowl. Combine ingredients and mix well. Fold in Chocolate chips.
Put mixture in prepared baking pan and bake for 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center come out clean. Cool and cut into 9 bars.
