Ingredients

    Juice of 2 Lemons
    Salt
    2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
    Olive OIl
    Cinnamon (1 tsp)

    1 can of chick peas, drained
    10 Kalamata Olives, chopped
    2 plum tomato diced
    2 yellow peppers, diced
    4 tbsp chopped scallions
    1 bag of spinach

    5 wide mouth mason jars

Directions

combine first ingredient through cinnamon in blender.

distribute evenly through 5 jars

Layer in this order
dressing
chick peas
olives
tomato
peppers
scallions
spinach
