Ingredients

    1 organic carrot
    1 cup organic spinach
    1 cup organic garden or spring mix lettuces
    1 cup organic kale
    1/2 medium cucumber, peeled
    1 celery stalk with leaves
    1 medium fresh pear, nice and ripe, unpeeled
    about 1 tsp fresh ginger root
    water - about 3/4 cup or to desired consistency

Directions

Put half a cup of water to start with in blender. Add all ingredients and blend well. Add water as needed.

Serving Size: makes 2 large cups
