Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups of Whole wheat wide noodles
    1 12 oz. can of Water packet Tuna drained
    1 package of fresh Mushrooms
    .75 cup of frozen peas
    .25-.5 cup of Non Fat Milk
    1 cup of FF Mayo or Miracle Whip
    1 cup of FF Sour cream
    .5 cup of 2% shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions. Add peas the last 5 min. of cooking. Combine all ingredients except for cheese. After well combined spoon into casserole dish and sprinkle to with cheese. Cover and Bake in oven at 400 degrees until hot and bubbly.

Great with baked potato chips, corn flakes or crackers crumbled on top.
