Ingredients

    Pound lean ground beef, can diced tomatoes, can tomato sauce, 2 cups beef broth, carrots, celery, potatoes - all diced. frozen mixed veggies. garlic. creole seasoning.

Tips

can make low carb by leaving out carrots, or vegetarian by subbing vegetable broth and beans.


Directions

cook ground beef with a little salt and pepper. dice raw vegetables. pour all ingredients in slow cooker. cook high for 6 hours, adding creole seasoning as needed to taste.

Serving Size: makes a full slow cooker, about 8 cups.
