Ingredients

2 cups whole Walnuts (chopped)
2 cups whole Almonds (Chopped)
2 cups whole Pecans (Chopped)
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 cup Frozen Cherries
2 Tbls of Lime Juice (fresh)
4 Tbls Agave Nectar Syrup
7 ounces dried blueberries (Bella Viva Orchards)
80 Grams of Dried Rainer Cherries (Bella Viva Orchards)
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Chop nuts in food processor to desired pieces - put in bowl and mix together
Put Blueberries, Cherries, Lime Juice and Agave in Vita Mix. Put on frozen dessert. Once pureed pour over nut mixture. Stir together thoroughly.
Stir occasionally in the oven to prevent burning. Once everything looks dry pull out transfer to bowl.
Pulse dried cherries in food processor.
Dump dried cherries and dried blueberries into hot nut mixture and mix thoroughly.
Put in freezer bag after cooled completely. Take out and eat as a snack, over oatmeal, over morning yogurt, etc
