Ingredients

    garbanzo beans, 3 cans low or no sodium, rinsed and drained
    1 fresh lemon, squeezed dry
    1/2 c EVOO
    5 cloves garlic, thin sliced or slivered
    1 tsp of cumin
    1 cup water or enough to thin to desired consistency

Tips

Store in refrigerator, keeping cold, for up to 2 weeks.


Directions

No cooking. Open cans, drain, rinse and drain beans. Peel garlic, squeeze lemon, pour in EVOO, pulse in food processor.
