Ingredients

    Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin, 16 oz
    *Diced tomatoes & Green Chilis Rotel, 10oz can NOT drained
    Mushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    Beans, black, 2 cup rinsed
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Spinach, canned, 2.5 cup drained well
    Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 1.5 cup
    Red Onion Raw 1.0 cup diced
    *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup
    *Velveeta Light Cheese Product, 2 oz (shredded or diced small

Directions

brown ground beef. Rinse. Add in onions and mushrooms and garlic and continue to brown until onions are mostly soft. Stir in the rotel, soup, beans and spinach until well distributed. Put into a casserole pan and top with the cheeses. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and bubbly.
