Ingredients

    2 c shred cabbage green
    10 g shred cabbage red (1/4 c)
    1 carrot matchsticked
    1 tsp ginger microplaned
    1/2 lime, juiced
    1 tsp braggs aminos
    10 g vidalia onion, minced
    1/2 c kale, shred

    3 rice spring roll paper (round)

    1 tsp wasabi powder
    1.5 tsp water

    1 Tbls chives, minced

Tips

mandolin makes short work of the cutting up of veggies.
i used my nutribullet to shred the kale quickly.
i enjoy an extra spritz of braggs aminos on top of rolled rolls.


Directions

toss cut up veggies in bowl, add ginger braggs & lime & marinate a few minutes

stir together wasabi powder & water, let stand at least 5 minutes to bring out the flavor.

follow directions on rice wrappers, wetting only one at a time.
place an appropriate amount (as much as you can fit and still roll, approx 1/3 of veggies) in wet wrapper & roll tightly.

sprinkle with chives & serve with wasabi on the side
