Introduction

This is a great recipe and very good, but I have a problem with getting it to stay in bar shape! This is a great recipe and very good, but I have a problem with getting it to stay in bar shape!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups quick oats
    2/3 C peanut butter
    1/2 C Agave Nectar
    1 cup slivered almonds or seeds (sunflower, pumpkin)
    4 oz Raisens

Tips

These bars are very flavorful, but do not stick together very well. They would be good in a trail mix with various other goodies!


Directions

mix oats, almonds and raisens in a bowl
mix together peanut butter and agave nectar, pour into oat/raisen mixture and mix together until well blended.
Press into the bottom of a pan and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Cut into bars and wrap in plastic wrap.

Serving Size: Makes 12 2x4 bars
