Introduction

Make either banana or apple flavored pancakes Make either banana or apple flavored pancakes
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/2 c. wheat flour
    1/2 c. AP flour
    1 pk. Truvia
    ½ tsp vanilla extract
    ½ tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp baking powder
    ¼ tsp salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 banana, mashed* or ½ c. applesauce
    2 egg whites




Tips

Serve with desired syrup or sauce.
Add 1 chopped apple to make it more flavorful


Directions

Combo dry ingredients in bowl, then stir in milk and mashed banana. In another bowl, beat egg whites stiff. Fold egg whites into other bowl mixture.
Spray and preheat griddle with nonstick coating over medium heat.
Pour 1/4 c. batter onto hot griddle. Cook until pancakes are golden, 1 -2 minutes each side.
