Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (full fat)
    1/2 Cup Coconut Water
    4 Plums
    1 Banana
    2 Dates - soaked
    1 tsp fresh Ginger Root
    1 cup greens (optional)
    Some vanilla or one vanilla bean
    1/2 Cup Ice Cubes

Tips

It's a great idea to keep coconut water and coconut milk ice cubes in the freezer. It tastes better and adds nutrition rather than using plain ice cubes.


Directions

Blend in high speed blender. Add ice cubes if desired or use coconut water and coconut milk ice cubes in place of measured 1/2 cups.
