Ingredients

    Carbquik, 1 cup (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Almond Breeze Almond coconut milk unsweetened, 0.25 cup (remove)

Tips

Top with what ever topping you prefer. I use various topping such as peanut butter, jam, any type of berry heated and mashed. Berries heated and mashed makes like its own syrup.


Directions

1. Peel and mash the banana. Mix all ingredient together. Do not over mix.
2. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and heat to med-high. Drop a little less than 1/4 cup batter in to the pan. Cook like any other pancake.
