Ingredients

2 Tbsp Butter (or Earth Balance)
3 Eggs
3-1/2 cups Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 cups Rolled Oats
3-1⁄2 Tbsp Truvia Natural Sweetener (or 1/2 cup sugar or 1/2 cup maple syrup)
2 Tb Cinnamon Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Dried Cherries
1/2 cup Sliced or Slivered Almonds
Tips
My 13 & 10 yr olds love this for breakfast.
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the softened butter, eggs, milk and vanilla.
In a separate bowl , combine the oats, 1/4 cup Truvia (or 1/2 cup or sugar or maple syrup), cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet ones.
Use a little butter (or Earth Balance) to grease a baking pan, and pour the mixture into it.
Top with dried fruits and nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes one 9-inch pan
