Introduction

Just a quick simple stovetop mac without having to use the powder cheese. Just a quick simple stovetop mac without having to use the powder cheese.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup dry whole wheat pasta (elbows, rotini, etc.)
    1 cup lowfat milk
    1/2 cup flour, white
    1 tbsp margarine/butter
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.

Add milk, flour, butter and stir until there are no clumps. Add cheese and stir until melted. Should have a gooey consistency.

Serving Size: makes 2 1/2 cup servings
