Ingredients

*1 cup warm water, 1 serving (remove)
    Yeast, bakers, .75 ounce (remove)
    Honey, 2 tbsp (remove)
*Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1.75 cup (remove)
*Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium, 1 tsp (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

1 c warm/hot water, 3/4 pkg of yeast, 1 T honey ... mix ... add 1-3/4 c flour, 3/4 t no sodium baking powder ... stir and let set 30 minutes until pillowy and slightly bubbly. Add 1 T melted unsalted butter, another 1 T honey, 1+ c flour (start with about a cup and add a little more at a time to the right consistency) ... mix until a very soft dough ball. Pour onto floured surface and knead until soft and just not quite sticky ... keep kneading flour into it to get to this stage. Place in greased bowl and then turn over so both sides are coated. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled. Punch down and place in buttered bread pan. Cover and let rise again until over the edge of the pan. Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes. Brush top with melted butter to prevent crust from getting hard. Honey butter is just a stick of softened unsalted butter and about 2 T honey ... mixed together.
