Ingredients

2 cups of unthawed unsweetened frozen strawberries
1/2 to 1 cup of Baby Fresh Kale
1 medium banana sliced
1 TBSP of Chia Seeds
3 to 6 tsp of Organic Cane Sugar (this one has 6 tsp) You can also substitute the sugar for what you use to sweeten your drinks
3 cups of Silk Pure Almond Milk Vanilla (You can use the unsweetened version for less calories and sugar)
Tips
To reduce sugar content you can use the sweetner of your type, lower the sugar content from 6 tsp to 3 tsp, and use unsweetened Silk Almond milk. If you want add more greens you can add more kale to your drink.
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. (About five minutes in my cheap blender)
