Ingredients

Eggs, 3 large or 4 medium
    Albacore tuna - 2, 5oz. cans
    Mayonaise, 4 tbsp
    Yellow Mustard, 2 tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, chopped, 1/3 cup
    Garlic, finely chopped, 2 cloves
    Celery, diced, 1/3 cup
*Optional - Salt, 1 dash (or to taste)
*Optional - Black pepper, 1 dash (or to taste)

Directions

Boil all of the eggs for 7-8 minutes. After they're cooked, peel the shells off and roughly chop the eggs.

Add the olive oil to hot pan, then saute the chopped onions and garlic over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Cook them for longer if prefer a milder onion/garlic flavor.

Put all of the cooked and raw ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Serve and enjoy.
