Ingredients

2 1b pork loin
8 cloves garlic
8 scallions
1 TBSP salt
1 TBSP BBQ seasoning
Hot pepper sauce
16 oz green chili sauce
Chipotole in adobo 1 8oz can
4 Ancho chilies re-hydrated

Directions
1-blend ancho chilies, garlic and scallions in a blender or food processor.
2. Season pork with salt and BBQ seasoning. Add to crock pot.
3. Pour blended peppers and remaining ingredients on top of pork.
4.Set crock pot on low for 6-8 hours, until pork is fork tender
5. shred pork with two forks and return to sauce. cook for another 30 minutes to allow pork to absorb the sauce.
