Ingredients

    garlic 2 cloves, if using fresh minced garlic 1/2 tsp is equal to 1 clove. Basil is 1/8th tsp. You can add more chili powder if you like yours' a little more spicy. Canned tomatoes is 2 2/3. Celery seed is 1/2 tsp. You won't need to add water because the juice from the tomatoes will be enough, unless you like your chili not as thick, then add 1 cup of water.

Tips

This is a good recipe if you want to get a lot of vitamins and minerals.


Directions

cook onion, garlic & meat in pot until meat is browned, add other ingredients, cook 1 1/2 hrs.
