Ingredients

    1 1/3 cups Minute Rice
    2 tbsp chives (chopped)
    1/3 cup zucchini (chopped)
    1/2 cup turnip greens (chopped)
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/4 cup coconut milk
    8 oz salmon steak or fillet (baked and chopped)
    2 tsp soy sauce

Tips

This recipe I use to use any leftover salmon when we bake a fillet. So the fish is usually already cooked.


Directions

Make rice according to stove top instructions, add all ingredients as the rice comes to the boil.
