Introduction

I have lots of fresh veggies from my garden so this soup is perfect. I have lots of fresh veggies from my garden so this soup is perfect.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    4 cups Chicken broth
    2 cups summer squash (yellow and zucchini)
    I can Cannellini Beans
    1 tomato (any size)
    4 Jalapenos
    1.5 cups Asparagus (fresh)
    3/4 cups onion
    I chopped clove garlic
    1 cup Carrots, chopped
    1 cup Okra chopped
    10-12 ruby red potatoes, chopped
    2 tsp Chicken bullion granules

Directions

I just chop everything up, throw it in a pot and bring it to a boil. Then turn it down to a simmer for a few hours.
