    500g cubed lamb
    400g chopped potatoes
    70g dried apricots
    1 x 350g Waitrose Cooks' Ingredients Tagine Sauce

Directions

Season and brown the lamb. Pour the sauce, tomatoes, and apricots over. Stir well and cook on low for 6 hours.
