Introduction

Simply made egg salad this can be served on wheat or pita bread to make a sandwich, wheat cracker,celery or on a bed of lettuce.This is a high protein salad and extremely delicious. It is very versital, so enjoy! Ingredients

    Hard Boiled Eggs, 2
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbsp
    Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

Place eggs in pot with warm water. Turn heat on to boil eggs. About 10 minutes. Drain eggs from boiling water,place in cool water and let cool. about 2-3 minutes. Drain again and peel egg shells and dispose into garbage or compost pile.
Next, with a fork or food processor, place all in ingredients in and pulse 2-3 sec or until mashed throughly or creamy. Place in a bowl and now you can serve this anyway you like. This is a high protein salad and extremely delicious.
