Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Corn Tortillas, 12 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) (remove)
    *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 3 tsp (remove)
    Ortega Enchilada Sauce, 1 package (remove)
    *Green Chiles (Whole), 1.13 oz (remove)
    *Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1 cup

Directions

Brown the turkey meat in skillet.
add half of the enchilada sauce, and cheese to cooked meat. Stir in diced green chilies or jalapenos. Dip tortilla into remaining sauce, then fill with meat mixture. repeat. pour excess sauce over enchiladas sprinkle with remaining cheese. bake in a cassarole dish at 375' for 15 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
