Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1- Large Potato
    4- Baby Carrots
    .25 cup- Onion
    3- Mushrooms
    Pat of Butter
    3 oz. Extra Lean Ground Beef
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat your oven to 450

Get a cookie sheet out and place a large piece of foil on it

Spread the butter onto the foil to keep the vegetables from sticking

Chop all the vegetables- Cut the potatoes into smaller chunks so they will cook easily

Place all chopped vegetables on the foil

Place the hamburger in chunks over the vegetables

Dash salt and pepper over the ingredients

Roll the foil so they vegetables and beef are wrapped inside

Place the cookie sheet with foil on it into the oven for 30 mins

At 30 mins check to see if the meat is cooked through

If needed cook in oven till the beef is cooked thoroughly

Let cool and enjoy
